| How long can I use my o-rings? |
| The internal O-rings will be changed during the – hopefully regular done – service.
Body and Port O-rings have to be replaced whenever it shows mechanical damage. But also intact O-rings should be changed at least after 2 years. These O-rings are always under the influence of sunlight and therefore they become harder much quicker as the o-rings inside the glands. SUBAL uses a special , very soft quality of O-rings. Soft O-rings may embed very small particles of dirt – much more then a hard O-ring – but this means also that it have to be changed before it get harder!
